Chili Ginger Hearts

I love surprising people with these they pack a punch with the ginger, I have some water after just one. Identifying the chili they used is not obvious, but you feel the heat (cayenne maybe?). I mostly get ginger though and theyre definitely sweet too. Texture is soft, smoothe & chewy.
